The Website is published and operated by Detchen HOREAU, under the name of Bénédicte HOREAU EI, "entreprise individuelle", domiciled at 996 chemin d'Intamniès 24620 Tursac (France) and having the SIRET number 90916118400017.
 
This Privacy Policy complies with the following legal provisions:
 
● Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties, as amended by Law no. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018,
● Law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN),
● Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD).
 
As part of its business, Detchen HOREAU is required to process and collect the personal data of Users who have any interaction with the devices present on the Website as well as the services offered.

 
The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to inform the User, the owner of the Personal Data, of the methods and purposes of collection and processing as well as the various rights available to the User. This document may be modified by Detchen HOREAU in order to keep pace with changes in the law and its practices. Where necessary, the User will be informed of the impact that this has on the processing of his/her Personal Data.

Detchen HOREAU is the term used to designate the Data Controller and Publisher of this Website.

In the event of a proven risk of violation of the User's Personal Data, Detchen HOREAU will collaborate with the CNIL, and will inform, if necessary, the owner of the Personal Data of all the processes put in place to establish a solution.

The collection of Personal Data is carried out in a lawful and transparent manner with regard to the persons concerned and in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD. Within the framework of its activity and the use of the Website, Detchen HOREAU is obliged to collect certain Personal Data in order to be able to provide personalised information and appropriate responses to those who request it, provide its services, etc.
 
The following Personal Data are collected on this Website: surname, first name, email address, simplified telephone number, in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD.
 
It implements all necessary means to secure the processing and storage of the Personal Data collected by using appropriate technical and organisational measures. 5. Purpose of processing and legal basis 


The collection and processing of Personal Data complies with the following legal bases of the RGPD:

- Detchen HOREAU's legal obligation,
- The performance of a contract,
- Detchen HOREAU's legitimate interests within the limits of respect for the User's personal interests.
 
In order to benefit from most of the services of the Website or Detchen HOREAU, the User agrees to share her Personal Data:
 
- Book and schedule an intro call,
- Book and schedule a lesson,
- Filling in the contact form in order to obtain a response to their request,
- Request a quote for a service offered by Detchen HOREAU,
- Post a comment on the Website,
- Sending a free digital product,
- Subscribe to the newsletter.
 
If the relationship between the User and Detchen HOREAU becomes official, the User then becomes a Client. The Personal Data collected then becomes useful for the purposes of drawing up quotations, contracts, invoices, etc. Detchen HOREAU complies with its legal and contractual obligations.
 
Concerning the newsletter service, the User's consent is requested before she can subscribe to it while having access to this Confidentiality Policy. Each email received as part of the newsletter contains an unsubscribe link allowing the User to opt out of receiving emails.

 
6. Conservation of data
 
The personal data collected is kept for a limited period of :
 
- 10 years following delivery of a service/product offered by Detchen HOREAU,
- 10 years following the User's unsubscription to the newsletter,
- 10 years following the sending of a free digital product,
- 10 years following deletion of the User's customer account on the Website,
 
In addition to the above deadlines, some storage periods comply with legal deadlines, such as those for invoices (6 to 10 years) or cookies placed on the User's terminal (13 months).

 
7. Data recipients and sub-contractors

The Data Controller, Detchen HOREAU, is the recipient of the Personal Data.
 
In order to develop its business, the Data Controller uses various subcontracting services:
 
- Mailerlite for the newsletter service,
- Stripe for online payments,
- Calendly for making appointments,
 
These different tools each have their own confidentiality policy, which Detchen HOREAU has no control over. However, the User is invited to consult them. Some of these platforms are not hosted in the European Union and result in data being transferred outside the European Union. In such cases, Detchen HOREAU ensures that these platforms implement means of processing and protection that are similar to the RGPD regulations.
 
Detchen HOREAU does not have access to your bank details.

 
8. Users' rights
 
At any time, Users may exercise the following rights with regard to the processing of their Personal Data:
 
- The right of access, which enables them to find out what Personal Data is held by Detchen HOREAU and to obtain a copy of the Data held,
- The right of rectification, which enables you to obtain the modification or correction of the Personal Data concerning you,
- The right to oblivion (deletion), which enables you to obtain the deletion of the Personal Data held by Detchen HOREAU,
- The right to portability to other service providers,
- The right to object in cases of canvassing, particularly commercial canvassing,
- The right to withdraw consent to the processing of Personal Data, provided that the processing previously carried out remains lawful.

The User may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés - https://www.cnil.fr/) if he believes that his Personal Data has been violated by Detchen HOREAU. This complaint must be substantiated, detailed and made as soon as the Customer becomes aware of such an event.
 
Customers are reminded that they may object to telephone canvassing practices free of charge on the list available on the https://www.bloctel.gouv.fr website.


9. Comment space
 
It is possible for any User to publish a comment under the blog articles on the Site. To do so, they must provide various personal details: first name and email address. Users are entirely responsible for what they write.
 
The aforementioned Personal Data may be stored by default on the User's terminal, using Cookies, so that the User does not have to enter them each time they wish to comment. These Cookies are only deposited on the basis of the User's consent.
 
Detchen HOREAU has the right to delete comments that are disrespectful, discriminatory or contrary to the regulations and laws in force.
